Get traps to grow bigger

I do alot of cleans and deads. I cannot seem to get any growth there. Any ideas? Am I just screwed because of genetics?






Training to failure is too much for me

I can do 15 push-ups in the first set, but on the following sets I can do no more than 2 reps. After first set to failure, my muscles are so exhausted I can’t perform any more normal reps (I can do only negatives). That goes for all upper-body body-weight exercises. Is this normal, what should I do?

I’ve just started working out so I do only compound body-weight exercises:
Dips, push-ups, crunches, rest for one minute and repeat twice, or
Chin-ups, inverted rows, crunches, rest for one minute and repeat twice.

How many reps, sets and rest would you recommend to avoid this tiredness muscles?

The girlfriend wants me to give her a list of supplements that I want for christmas. Knowing that I could go nuts with this she cut me off at around 300 bucks. I am planning on running a 8 week cycle of bioforge. Here is the list I came up with:

Best supplement for doing cardio

Starting a cut soon, just looking for a good pre WO for cardio reasons. I want as much energy as possible.
Maybe caffeine is all i need, Ill let the forums be the judge!

Getting rid of bodyfat

Hey guys, i have a question related to cutting down on fat.

At the moment i am training my muscle groups twice a week, 3 muscle groups a day, supersetting with short semi-explosive cardio inbetween each muscle group. Im doing this 6 days a week. it is a workout from the muscle and fitness mag for shredding fat. its a 4week program and each progressive week the first excercise int the superset gets heavier in weight and lower in reps and the second excercise gets lighter with more reps.

I am eating pretty clean (i think….) and i am trying brad pilons eat stop eat fasting aswel (youtube gives a enough info on his theory). I am taking no-explode before gym and whey protein straight after my workout and using CLA.

My body fat is at 21% but my main objective is to have a six pack and cut down my body fat to around 12%.

Do you guys have any suggestions for me to try to speed up the process and how long does it normally take to see results when cutting down. Something that concerns me is that i have been traing for 2weeks now and my weight hasnt changed, surely the way im eating and training i should be losing fat quicker…?
